Audi A8!

Audi released the first-generation of A8 as early as 1994, and after that various generations of the A8 have made their appearance in the automobile market. They introduced many segment-first technologies and this fourth generation A8 gets rightly acclaimed as the future of the luxury class sedans. It comes with an innovative Level 3 conditional automated driving which offers the independence to the driver to take their eyes off the road and concentrate on many other things like attending to phone or using the infotainment system. The body consists of 58 per cent aluminium, carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer, steel, and magnesium. It makes the body 24 per cent more rigid than its older siblings. You also get the Audi trapezoidal grille, HD Matrix LED headlamps along with the laser lights which offer a fantastic light show while locking and unlocking the sedan. There are 138 individual LEDs and one laser diode present in each headlamp. The tail lamps in the rear end also bear a new design with a full-length light strip embellishing the boot lid.

Just like the exterior, the interiors of A8 also bear a premium upmarket touch. The handles of doors are actually large switches, so a mere five millimetres pull helps in operating them both in the inside as well as outside. However, there is also an ‘exit warning’ which delays the operation when it senses any traffic movement close to the car. The interiors are in premium quality leather, and the rear passengers can now enjoy lounge-class relaxation where you can fully recline the seat after pushing the front seat forward. A8 also has intelligent Matrix LED reading lamps in the rear end. The infotainment system is taken care by one central 10.1-inch touchscreen display and another 8.6 inch unit below it.
